FAQ:

How long can we rent the soft play equipment for?

 Our equipment can be rented for four hours. We require 45 minutes to set-up and take down our equipment. 

 

Is the equipment for indoor or outdoor use?

Outdoor setup requires a shaded area or a suitable cover in the form of a party tent, pergola, and others, as the equipment will get hot in direct sunlight. We offer party tents as an add-on.

 

Can you set up on grass? 

We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. Outdoor areas must be flat, well-drained, and clear of glass and debris. We do not set up on dirt or sand.

 

What if I live on the second floor or don't have room to unload the equipment by my residence?

Special instructions and other restrictions (stairs, elevators, limited parking) must be disclosed in advance before your party date.

 

Additional fees may apply if we must deliver via stairs or to venues located long distances from the loading zone (including parks, large estates, or other locations that present delivery complications).

 

What about parties at parks and other public accommodations?

For parks you will need to contact the park in advance to determine the requirements needed to set up. Permits may be required. Bichinhos Soft Play is not responsible for permits or arrangements with third party locations.

 

What if I want to rent your equipment but have limited space?

No problem!  We can make special arrangements for you, just give us your requirements!

How does delivery work? Do I need to set it up?

We deliver, set up, and break down play equipment for you. Our set-up and removal of the equipment will take about 20-45 minutes; this is not included in your booked time. Please take this into account when booking venue times. We require easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Any restrictions (e.g. lack of parking, stairs) must be reported prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
